Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in customer queries and provide assistance regarding Uber bookings.
Coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth pickups and drop-offs.
Resolve issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of daily operations.
Support airport operations staff as needed.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Smart, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer handling or service roles is a plus.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (as per airport operations).

Qualification:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
