Troubleshoot customer issues or escalate them when necessary.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Record and update customer information accurately in internal systems.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals (SLAs).
Excellent written English communication skills.
Typing speed: Minimum 30-35 WPM with good accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Must be willing to work from the office (Mohali Sector 75).
