We are looking the candidate for our Japanese client for Gurgaon Location Designation- Customer Support Representative Location- M.G Road Gurgaon Desirable: Pleasing Personality, Good attitude, believes in teamwork and proactive 5 Days working- Mon- Fri Time- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Job Summary: Customer Support Representative Customer support will act as a liaison between the customer and all departments and provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Should be genuinely excited about helping customers and be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Should be able to put yourself in our customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Our customer feedback is priceless, and problem-solving should also come naturally to you. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and always maintain high customer satisfaction. You should be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if you do not have enough information to resolve customer queries. Key Responsibilities: Processing customers orders onto our in-house CRM system efficiently and accurately Maintain and update customers profiles and new customer code creation. Making outgoing calls to customers to resolve any issues or for clarification of information relating to their account or order Scanning and filing of orders, processing customer returns and approval forms to assist sales in other day-to-day sales activities. Update customer portal Monitoring / arrange shipment with warehouse and expedite overdue order Work closely with Internal sales and planner team, Distributor team to pull-in parts to support customer urgency and help and support customers to run their production line.
