Customer Support Representative

Position Summary

Responsible for product up selling and cross selling to maximize online sales. Acquire complete product and process knowledge for effective communication with customers. Act as a bridge between customers and internal respective stakeholders.

Principle Accountabilities

Ø Responsible for Handling Enquiries through various channels and provide relevant answers to customers through Live Chat, Phone calls, e-mail, WhatsApp messenger etc., regarding products and brand.

Ø Able to communicate concisely our company policies to the customer.

Ø Assist clients for on-line orders.

Ø To co-ordinate between customer, merchandiser and designer to get the requirements of the customers and implement the same.

Ø Responsible for booking and follow-up with factory coordinator until the product gets dispatched.

Ø Working closely with the Merchandising teams and liaise with logistics to ensure on time products delivery to the customers.

Ø Responsible for informing merchandising for any E-Com Inventory updating

Ø Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry

Ø Responsible for managing the Leads and converting them into Sales

Ø Responsible to update the Lead management Software with all the current Leads, Follow-up the dates and closing the same in coordination with the store team and the customers

Ø Assist customers with after-sales service issues

Ø Responsible for sharing promotions from the CLP platform through WhatsApp.

Ø Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with the retail front line sales personnel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
