Job Description: Customer Service Representative (Voice Process)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tech Mahindra in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving queries and complaints of customers over calls for Aditya Birla Capital's Mutual Fund services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer calls, respond to queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, meeting customer needs, and exceeding expectations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.- Experience: Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in customer service in a voice process.- Shift Time: - Male: 8am to 9pm (any 10 hours) - Female: 8am to 8pm (any 10 hours)- Working Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs (1 week off in training)
Salary:
- 0-11 months experience: CTC 2,42,000 (In-hand 17.9k-18.1k)- 12 months+ experience: CTC 2,66,000 (In-hand 19.7k)
