Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team at our Faridabad location. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will troubleshoot customer concerns, maintain detailed records of interactions, and collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address and resolve queries effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Experience with Troubleshooting to identify and solve customer issues promptly.
• Proven ability to manage and enhance Customer Satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer relations or a related field.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
