Customer Support Representative

As a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Representative at the remote company, you will play a crucial role in handling client calls and chat messages. Your responsibilities will include: - Answering chats, phone calls, and emails from clients promptly and comprehensively - Educating clients on the costs and procedures of interpreting, translation, and other services offered - Assisting Project Managers in defining project scopes and processing inbound leads - Providing clients with updates on project statuses - Routing information and messages to the appropriate departments - Documenting activities in tracking systems and collaborating with peers - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Completing documentation and other assigned tasks Qualifications for this role include: - Proven experience in customer support or service - Ability to handle incoming client calls throughout shifts - Advanced proficiency in English (Native or C1) and fluency in Spanish, additional languages are a bonus - Knowledge of the translation industry is advantageous - Strong cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills - Professionalism and politeness in all interactions This full-time position offers various benefits, including 6 days of paid sick leave, 16 days of paid holidays per year, and 16 days of paid vacation per year.
