Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Voice Support Representative . This role requires providing exceptional customer service via phone calls, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries and technical issues. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution. Follow company guidelines and procedures for documentation and reporting of customer interactions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to assist customers better. Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in international voice support, customer service, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred). Should have minimum 6 months of experience in international voice support. Comfortable with night shift.
