We're Hiring: Customer Service - Voice/Semi-Voice Join our dynamic mortgage operations team as an Appraisal Coordinator! In this role, you'll be the vital link between lenders and appraisers, ensuring timely and compliant appraisal order management. If you're detail-oriented, a great communicator, and have experience in mortgage or real estate services, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Manage appraisal orders via AMC platforms Coordinate with appraisers and lenders to ensure smooth processing Track order status and resolve delays or issues Review reports for completeness and compliance What We're Looking For: 1 to 2 years in appraisal/mortgage or real estate (preferred) Strong communication & customer service skills is Mandatory Familiarity with platforms like ValueLink, Mercury Network, or Acuity Knowledge of appraisal forms (1004, 2055, etc.) is a plus Shift: Night Shift Shift timings: 7 PM - 4 AM Cab: 1 way cab will be provided (Drop) Work mode: Work from Office Working Days: 5 (Monday to Friday) Location: Teynampet Perks & Benefits: Dinner provided during shifts Please reach out to this number - 7358021675 Apply now and help us deliver seamless mortgage solutions!
