Job Description

  • Handle inbound customer calls in English and Hindi to address queries, concerns, or requests for assistance.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy throughout each interaction.
  • Record call details and resolutions with clarity in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately and coordinate with backend teams.
  • Meet performance KPIs, including First Call Resolution (FCR), CSAT, and Quality Score.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and service protocols.
Job Requirements
  • A graduation in any stream is mandatory
  • Fluency in English and Hindi with clear verbal communication
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Previous experience in voice support or BPO is a plus, but not mandatory
