Position Overview

CSO Renewals Executive/Manager

The ideal candidate will ensure existing clients renew their services on time and continue their business relationship with Enterslice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  renewal lifecycle

  for existing clients — from reminder to payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention.
• Communicate renewal terms, handle client queries, and resolve issues proactively.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional services like GST filing, ROC filing, or BIS certification.
• Collaborate with internal departments (operations, finance, compliance) to ensure seamless renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of renewals, client interactions, and payment updates in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  renewal targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Commerce, or related field

  .

• 1–4 years

  of experience in

  sales, client servicing, or renewals

  (preferably in compliance, legal, or finance industry).
• Excellent

  communication and negotiation

  skills.
• Strong understanding of

  GST filing, ROC filing, and related compliance processes

  is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
