Customer Support Manager

Over the last 40+ years, Jyoti has built a significant presence across Pune with 8 brand showrooms. We’re now at a stage where we’re focusing on deepening this presence while expanding to other regions and channels, and we’re now looking for a Customer Support Manager to manage the company Service Center in the Pune region.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Own the post-sales customer experience for customers. 
• Lead a team of 7 Coordinators and 30+ technicians to ensure exceptional customer service and delivery experience. 
• Lead operations of the 3 company service centers in Pune.
• Ensure strict adherence to processes and service SOPs.
• Ensure that Service Ticket TAT is maintained as per set Customer Experience standards. 
• Hiring Coordinators and Technicians as and when required. 
• Training Coordinators and Technicians to deliver exceptional post-sales Customer Experience. 

Quality and Skills we need from you:

• High Agency and Ownership 
• Prior technical understanding or experience working with Consumer Durables/Electronics products
• Prior experience managing technicians and service center operations 
• Prior customer support experience in the Consumer Durables/Electronics sector

This is a full-time position and you will be expected to rotate between our service centers in Laxmi Road, Sinhgad Road and PCMC.
