Creative Strategist

As a Creative Strategist at Jyoti, your role will involve managing content for social media and performance marketing. You will be responsible for scripting and directing video content for various campaigns, collaborating with the Content team, and working closely with the Content and Growth teams to expand our presence. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Coordinating with agencies and freelancers to create collaterals for social media and performance marketing campaigns. - Developing static collaterals in collaboration with the in-house content team. - Drafting creative briefs for marketing collaterals such as static images, video content, banners, and landing pages. - Ideating copy for content collaterals used in performance marketing campaigns. - Managing the launch and maintenance of Influencer Campaigns and building Influencer Relationships. - Scripting and directing social media and performance marketing videos while overseeing the production process. - Eventually owning the Creative Strategy. **Qualities and Skills we need from you:** - Demonstrated high agency and ownership in your work. - Willingness to work on or learn copywriting and scripting. - 1-2 years of prior experience in social media and ad content creation. - Previous experience in Consumer Appliances and Consumer Durables category content is a plus.,
