ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: · Undertake a design project from concept to completion. · Understand clients' needs and developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs. · The design process involves creating mood boards, furniture layouts, design development, reviewing drawings, site coordination and staging of a project. · Responsible for selection of material palette and furniture considering the technical and functional aspects of every material and cost as per agreed budget. · Work with 3D designers to create visuals for the clients. · Document and convey design solutions to the design and construction team to ensure proper execution. · Coordinate and collaborate with the teams across sales, procurement and construction to ensure successful delivery of projects, from design through opening and closeout phases. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and attend to customer service requests promptly. Install, service, and maintain garage equipment such as Wheel Aligners, Wheel Balancers, Tyre Changers, Lifts, and Bodyshop Equipment (Paint Booth, Welding Units, etc.). Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and electronics systems . Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and demonstrations of equipment. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of service concerns. Maintain service records and ensure timely reporting. Travel within city and occasionally intercity for installations and service calls. Requirements: Hands-on experience with garage or automotive workshop equipment . Sound understanding of: Suspension systems, steering geometry, and vehicle dynamics. Engine basics, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical & electronics fundamentals. Basic knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is an added advantage. Good communication skills in English, Hindi , and local language. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel (within and outside city). Two-wheeler is mandatory.
