people, assets) and implement mitigation strategies.

• Access Control & Surveillance — Deep knowleclge of access control systems, CCTV, intrusion detection, biometrics, visitor management.

• Security Technology — Familiarity with latest physical security solutions. Investigations Expertise

• Foc†—Fincling & Evidence Collection — S†rong sl‹ills in conducting cliscreet

inferno I investigations (froucl, misconcl uct, theft, ho rassment, policy violations).

• Interview & Interrogation Skills — Ability to question employees/vendors tactfully and lawfully.

Compliance & Governance

• Knowledge of Local Laws - La Your law, data privacy, fire safety norms, private security regulations.

• Corporate Policy Enforcement — Ensuring compliance with company security & investigation policies.

Leaelership & Soft Skills
