Job Description

As a Business Development Executive working in the US Shift from 7:30 p.m to 4:30 a.m IST, you will play a crucial role in the Customer Service department of the company. Your main objective will be to deliver exceptional service to customers based in the US via phone, email, and chat platforms. Apart from handling customer inquiries, you will also have the opportunity to identify potential upselling or cross-selling prospects. To excel in this position, you must exhibit excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations. - Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound customer communications (calls, emails, chats) by providing accurate information on products, services, pricing, and promotions. - Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, aiming for first-call resolution and proactively identifying and fulfilling customer needs by recommending suitable products or services. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, contribute to a supportive team environment, stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices, and actively engage in process improvement initiatives. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in sales. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving capabilities. - Proficiency in using computers and CRM software. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective multitasking and prioritization skills. - Collaborative team spirit and a strong work ethic. - Commitment to exceeding expectations.
