Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and customer calls for international clients
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer queries and concerns
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional responses
• Follow call center scripts, SOPs, and compliance guidelines
• Document interactions and escalate issues as needed
