Customer Support Intern

**Job Summary**We are looking for freshers with a passion for the stock market to join as Customer Support Interns. You will assist clients with trading accounts, platform navigation, and market-related queries. Upon successful completion, interns may be offered a full-time role with a salary package of 2.52 LPA (including PF).
**Key Responsibilities**- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.- Assist with account setup, KYC verification, and basic trading queries.- Resolve minor technical issues related to trading platforms and escalate complex problems to the IT team.- Provide clients with basic market trends and stock performance updates.- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain proper records of client interactions. **Qualifications* Education: Open to graduates from any stream. **Skills Required:* - Strong verbal and written communication (English + Hindi/regional language).- Basic understanding of stock markets (training will be provided).- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure. *Preferred (Not Mandatory):**- Certifications like NISM, finance-related online courses, or mock trading experience.
