We’re Hiring : Customer Support Intern – Social Media & E-Commerce

• Office Location: Sugar.Fit, 17/N, 18th Cross Road, near Helloo Delhi, Sector 3, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102
• Walk-In Interview Dates: 15th – 17th September 2025
• Time: 12 PM – 5 PM ⏳ Duration: 3 Months Internship
• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries on social media (FB, Instagram) & e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart)

2. Respond to messages, reviews & comments promptly

3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues

4. Share customer feedback for process improvements

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills

2. Familiarity with social media & e-commerce platforms

3. Positive attitude & willingness to learn

Work Timings - 7am to 4pm or 12pm to 9pm | 6 days working with 1 day rotational off
