Role Overview

Customer Service Intern

Youll learn firsthand how to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and build trust with customers while understanding the inner workings of a fast-growing e-commerce startup.

What Youll Do

Support day-to-day customer interactions via live chat, email, and phone (inbound & outbound)

Help resolve product and order-related queries with empathy and clarity

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Maintain and update records of customer interactions using Freshdesk (or similar tools)

Contribute to process improvement by flagging recurring issues and sharing feedback

Who You Are

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude

Comfortable speaking with customers and handling queries over calls

Detail-oriented and organized, with a customer-first mindset

Interest in e-commerce, fashion, or D2C brands is a bonus

Nice to Have

Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk, Google Sheets, or any CRM

Proficiency in additional Indian languages (especially South Indian languages)

Prior internship or experience in customer-facing roles
