Position : Customer Support Intern

Roles & Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities: ? Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat. ? Guide potential users through the sign-up process and resolve any issues they encounter. ? Manage dealer requests, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up. ? Maintain and update customer records in our database. ? Collaborate with the team to identify and address common customer concerns. ? Provide feedback to improve the efficiency of client relationship processes.
Qualifications: ? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers. ? Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. ? A proactive and problem-solving mindset. ? Prompt and vigilant in addressing customer concerns and managing tasks.
