About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, sharp, and communication-savvy Customer Service Associates cum Sales Associates who can vibe with our users, solve their queries, and convert them into long-term Gaana loyalists.

Your day-to-day will revolve around outbound calls — driving subscription sales, fixing user pain points, and delivering a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Retention & Renewal Management

• Engage with users via outbound calls to understand issues impacting their usage or subscription renewal.
• Identify churn risks early and proactively resolve concerns to retain users.
• Drive renewal rates by offering tailored solutions and highlighting product value.

2. New Subscriber Acquisition

• Pitch Gaana Plus plans convincingly and convert potential users into paying subscribers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly subscription targets while maintaining high conversation quality.
• Promote new features, exclusive playlists, and trending releases to boost conversions.

3. Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver high-quality support with empathy, clarity, and problem-solving mindset.
• Provide accurate product information (subscriptions, playlists, app features, cross-platform usage etc.).
• Ensure first-call resolution wherever possible to enhance user satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English + Hindi preferred).
• Strong persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work comfortably in a target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of OTT/Music streaming applications is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

• Multi-language communication skills (Punjabi, Bhojpuri, Haryanvi, Bengali, etc.).
