As a Customer Support Executive at The Ayurveda Experience, your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally. You will be responsible for engaging with customers through email, social media, and calls to resolve complaints and provide support effectively. Your role will involve understanding the company's products and services, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, providing training to new employees, and ensuring high-quality customer service at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. - Assist customers through email ticketing system, social media platforms, and phone calls. - Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner. - Provide customers with detailed information about products and services. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference. - Conduct training sessions for new employees to enhance their skills. - Offer exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. - Follow up with customers to provide additional information or assistance. - Collect feedback from customers to improve services. - Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Customer Service department. - Proficiency in the Polish language with a minimum B2 certification. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service. - Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively. - Strong negotiation and sales skills. - Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills. - Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills. - Quick learner with the ability to make decisions efficiently. - Shift Timings: 11am to 11pm (9-hour shift within this timeframe).
