Customer Support Executives

Role Overview: As a Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing efficient and polite support to customers. Your main tasks will include maintaining a friendly manner with all customers, ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries, and contributing to customer satisfaction. This challenging role in a dynamic atmosphere will involve offering sales and customer support, managing sales operations in line with the Company's Quality Management System, and reporting to the Assistant Manager Support in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and implementation onsite or over the telephone and other electronic mediums in a timely and professional manner to contribute to customer satisfaction. - Resolve as many queries as possible on the first call and maintain expertise in product, technical, and market knowledge to efficiently handle calls. - Remain friendly, polite, and efficient at all times to achieve the Company's goal of total customer satisfaction. - Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through meetings, telephone calls, and emails. - Negotiate agreements and close sales, gather market and customer information, and understand customers" businesses and requirements. Qualification Required: - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and any other chosen languages. - Passion for technology and its application in the workplace, with a willingness to build technical skills. - Ability to excel in an environment with stretch objectives and maintain a positive attitude. - Proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to follow through on commitments. - Flexibility with work hours and willingness to work extra hours to support business growth.
