  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat

  • Maintain records and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Follow communication and service guidelines


What We’re Looking For

  • Any graduate

    (0–1 year of experience)
  • Fluency

    in

    Hindi

    and

    English (Oral must).

  • Strong problem-solving & interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

    and familiarity with support tools
  • Immediate joiners preferred
