Role Overview

Handle customer queries, bookings, follow-ups, and support-related communication with a professional and polite approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, emails, WhatsApp, and queries professionally
  • Assist customers with travel packages, bookings, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + Hindi)
  • Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, CRM, Excel preferred)
  • Prior customer support experience preferred (Travel/Hospitality is a plus)

Experience

  • 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with good communication may apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
