As a Customer Support Team member at Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd. (YCS), your role involves providing professional and timely support to customers in the US market. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical assistance, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
