***Writer Information is hiring for Customer Service Executive*** Roles and Responsibilities Assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. They handle inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions, often acting as the first point of contact for customers. Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner. Experience: 0-2 years with excellent communication in ( English, Hindi & Telugu ). Working Days: 6 days (1 Rotational Week off) Shifts: Morning/Evening ( Rotational Shifts ) Education: Graduation not required. Languages Required: Excellent communication in ( English, Hindi & Telugu ). Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days notice period joiners are preferred.
