Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling/upselling of relevant products/services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO industry or similar field (international voice process).
  • Strong networking skills for effective collaboration within the team.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (24x7) as required by business needs.
