Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls for pending payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections. Dial and engage with corporate leads, introduce company services, and generate interest. Handle queries from doctors (Drs.), resolve concerns, and provide accurate information. Maintain call logs, update CRM, and share regular reports with management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of client/doctor issues. Assist in basic technical troubleshooting where required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred). Experience in telesales / customer support / payment collection is desirable. Ability to handle queries professionally and resolve issues promptly. IT background is a plus for handling basic technical aspects. Knowledge of WordPress is an added benefit for managing website-related updates or client requests. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets. Preferred Attributes: Self-motivated and target-oriented. Good problem-solving skills with patience while dealing with clients/doctors. Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
