Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a Client Success Executive working full-time onsite at VMax Wellness's Coimbatore office. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and retention of clients by providing exceptional service, managing escalations, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your role will require strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams to support client needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to prioritize their needs and satisfaction. - Handle and resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction. - Identify opportunities for improvement within services and proactively implement changes. - Ensure all service level agreements are met to maintain high standards of service delivery. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless support and service delivery to clients. - Regularly report on client satisfaction, retention rates, and areas of concern or opportunity. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (optional) - 2 to 3 years of experience in client success, customer service, or a similar role in the B2C sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and client relationship management tools. - Experience in the fitness and wellness industry is a plus.,
