The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and capable of delivering high-quality assistance through outbound/inbound calls. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound or outbound calls for international customers in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer queries efficiently. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, effective solutions. Follow communication scripts, company guidelines, and compliance requirements. Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately. Meet performance metrics such as call quality, first-call resolution, and productivity targets. Collaborate with team members and report issues/escalations to supervisors when required. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (customer support or technical support). Excellent verbal communication skills in English (clear accent and good fluency). Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency. Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts, including weekends if required. Prior experience with US/UK/Australian processes (preferred but not mandatory).
