Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales. Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and convert them into sales opportunities. Present product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospects. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities. Sales Experience is preferred but not mandatory Compensation: Salary 12k to 25k up Ready to kick off !!
