Customer Support Executive - V&A Quality (Voice Process).

Interested candidates who have experience in international voice process and domestic voice process can apply.

Quality Analyst V&A

  • Conduct call and session evaluations focused on voice, accent, grammar, pronunciation, and communication etiquette.
  • Assess compliance with defined V&A standards and provide structured feedback.
  • Maintain audit records and prepare reports highlighting recurring trends and improvement areas.
  • Recommend coaching interventions and support calibration sessions with Trainers/Operations.
  • Identify training needs through root cause analysis of errors and performance gaps.
