Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat, email, and non-voice processes related to banking operations.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international chats or emails (preferably).
  • Strong understanding of Banking Processes (Chat Process) and International Non-Voice processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
