Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product or service information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and gather feedback.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to process improvements for better customer experience.
