Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Permanent Work From Home) Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound and outbound calls and handle escalation cases. Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via call. - Providing product/service information to customers. - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. - Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals.
