Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their banking-related issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in BPO or similar industry.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills for effective communication with customers.
  • Proficiency in Banking Voice process, Customer Service Operations, Email & Chat Support.

Shifts :

Salary : up to 30k CTC ,Depends on communication skills.
