Analyst Customer Services (Short JD)

  • Openings:

    5 |

    Duration:

    6 months

  • Location:

    Dell 6, Domlur, Bangalore

  • Shifts:

    24x5 rotational (post training)

  • Experience:

    14 years

  • Start Date:

    Immediate

  • Role Type:

    Individual Contributor

Key Skills (Must-Have):

  • Strong oral & written communication, quick learner, proactive and flexible
  • CRM experience (SAP & Salesforce) – case handling, workflow updates
  • High-volume transaction processing, data validation & documentation
  • Non-voice operations: email support, CRM updates, workflow monitoring
  • BPO operations knowledge: SLA/KPI, quality checks, escalations
  • Experience in process transition, SOP creation, knowledge transfer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple priorities and operational deliverables
  • Support project transitions and system migrations
  • Data analysis, audits, reporting, and process improvement
  • Mentor/train junior team members and publish team metrics

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts and global time zones

  • GD (optional) + 2 interview rounds (Technical & Managerial)
