Job Title: Customer Support Executive Location: Noida Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: Fixed Day Shift Only Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team in Noida. The role requires excellent communication skills in English, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering great customer service. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Document and track customer issues for resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth query resolution. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Graduate/Undergraduate – both are eligible. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
