Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats regarding banking services and products.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist customers with internet banking, mobile banking, account services, and transactions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments promptly.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or BPO/call center (banking preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
