Customer Support Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction in a leading hospital's operation control center. This role involves managing doctor appointments, handling customer complaints, both inbound and outbound calls, emergency code management, tracking customer experience enhancement, assisting in general hospital operations, and performing any other ad hoc duties related to hospital operations as assigned by the supervisor.
