Customer Support Executive Retention

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to address drop-off or dissatisfaction cases
  • Understand student/parent concerns and provide prompt, effective solutions
  • Follow up consistently to ensure issue resolution and retention
  • Maintain and close support tickets using internal systems
  • Coordinate with academic and backend teams to resolve escalations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Experience in the EdTech industry

  • Fluent in

    Hindi

    (spoken); English communication is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in retention/sales/telecalling roles preferred
  • Ability to manage pressure and meet retention goals

Work Details:

  • Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
  • Working Days: 6 Days (Monday Off)
  • Shift: Day Shift
