We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who gets it. Someone who can manage customer queries with empathy, precision, and a street-smart attitude. You'll be the first point of contact for our audience — whether they're sliding into our DMs, emailing about a delayed package, or calling about size confusion. You’ll handle it all — with clarity, patience, and the PRDGY tone. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries across email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and phone calls Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, and sizing Respond promptly and professionally while maintaining PRDGY’s distinct brand voice Log and track all customer interactions and follow-ups using internal systems Liaise with the warehouse, operations, and design teams to solve issues efficiently Flag recurring problems and suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey Turn frustrating moments into loyalty — be the reason they come back Requirements1–2 years of customer service or support experience (fashion/D2C preferred) Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken) Confident in handling calls, chats, emails, and social media DMs Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm mindset under pressure Passion for fashion, culture, and Gen Z streetwear vibes is a huge plus Bonus Points If You…Have Worked in an early-stage brand or startup environment Know how to sound human, not scripted Can manage chaos with a cool head Understand what makes a drop exciting, and what makes a delay frustrating Why Join PRDGY?
