Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
Manage and resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to address customer concerns.
Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports on service performance, customer feedback, and recurring issues.
Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and processes to provide accurate information.
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements based on customer feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in customer service, client servicing, or related roles.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
