Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Home Health team, where we are providing home services to patients. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers (Patients) providing world-class service and resolving queries with a focus on quality and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Inquiries:
Manage inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and web queries through CRM.
Appointment Management:
Book appointments, coordinate with doctors, share and confirm schedules.
Payments & Invoicing:
Check/update payment status, prepare invoices, and share with patients.
Doctor Coordination:
Collect fees, record confirmations if needed, share availability updates, and follow up for feedback.
Feedback & Follow-up:
Collect patient feedback post-visit and ensure follow-up actions.
Reporting & Updates:
Share end-of-day summary (calls, visits, pending tasks) and update CRM daily.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process (preferred).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
