Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, visits, and chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Process customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center environment or Customer support.
  • Excellent documentation skills for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Strong query resolution abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Driving license and bike mandatory
  • 40 % field 70% Work from home.
  • Fresher with good communication skills.
