As a Customer Experience Executive at our company in Sector-9, Panchkula, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our customers via Voice, Chat, and Email. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound interactions with customers, ensuring First Contact Resolution (FCR), and following set processes to deliver exceptional service. You will need to stay calm under pressure, keep track of customer requests, and follow up diligently to ensure all issues are fully resolved. Your communication should reflect empathy, clarity, and helpfulness at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Be the go-to person for customer support via Voice, Chat, and Email. - Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) whenever possible. - Follow set processes to deliver top-tier service. - Keep track of customer requests and follow up diligently. - Communicate with empathy, clarity, and helpfulness. Qualifications Required: - 1+ year experience in a customer support role. - Comfortable with CRM tools. - Bonus points for experience in the gaming or skill-based gaming industry. - Fluent in spoken and written English & Hindi. - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. - Strong team player who is eager to learn and grow.
