Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales and therapist teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Manage client feedback, concerns, and complaints effectively and escalate when required.
  • Support clinic promotions and membership renewal campaigns.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into appointments.
  • Ensure the reception area and client waiting zones are neat, organized, and welcoming.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred in Hospitality, Administration, or similar field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
  • Excellent communication (English & local language), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Pleasant personality with a client-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
