Role & responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls related to insurance policies and customer queries.
Assist customers with policy renewals, claim status, premium payments, and other insurance-related services.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance policies and customer queries.
